Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once your Order Acknowledgment has been approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make cancellations to an order. Naturally, we understand the need to cancel from time to time and we will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. However, if your order is in process, there will be a cancellation charge of a minimum of $50.00 if your order is canceled prior to production. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges if provided, and restocking fees if applicable.  If the order is canceled after production has commenced, the full charge of order remains. The customer understands that all completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. stands behind our product and our customers. However, as we deal with customized work, once an item is in production, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made. We guarantee the product to meet your written specifications. We will not accept returned merchandise unless you received the incorrect product ordered, the product is printed incorrectly or the product is defective or damaged. Please notify LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. within five (5) of receiving any defective or damaged goods.  We will discuss with our suppliers if the promotional item should be printed again or returned for credit.

DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or Web site. In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. Our customer service department will provide you with the specific information you will need. We will be happy take care of any concerns you may have at that time.
