First Time Orders

All first time orders require prepayment in full. Using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express accepted) will insure that your order is fulfilled quickest. Your credit card is charged when the order is shipped. A company check or cashier’s check is accepted and funds must clear our account before your order proceeds into production. A $50.00 fee will assessed if your check is returned Non Sufficient Funds.

Repeat Orders

All repeat orders require payment by credit card unless a corporate account has been setup. This will insure that your order is put into production. Your credit card is charged when the order is shipped. If a company check or cashier’s check is your desired payment choice then, full payment will be required and funds must clear our account before your order proceeds into production.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Orders placed with LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. over the Internet are secure and safe. We use SSL Certificates and 128-bit encryption providing the highest levels of peace of mind.

Please do not send any credit card information to us via e-mail. Information sent in an e-mail is not encrypted, and is not secure. However, if you do not wish to enter your credit card information across the Web, please don’t hesitate to call use as 1-800-884-8095 or 503-649-4141. We will be happy to take the information over the phone.

Past Due Accounts

A 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with 60 day past due balances. The Buyer agrees to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed there under and not paid when due.

Sales Tax

Oregon has no sales tax so we do not collect sales tax on any order. Depending on your states sales tax structure you save between 4% and 9% on every order.

Acceptance

Submitting your order online or signature on our authorization form is an acceptance of our terms and conditions set forth on the LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. website. Any changes to the terms and conditions must be in writing. Receipt and retention of goods as shipped shall constitute acceptance. All goods become the property of the customer when accepted by the carrier. Laws are governed by the state of Oregon.

Corporate Accounts

All corporate accounts will have to be approved by LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. Corporate accounts are only available to those who submit corporate purchase orders or who have already done business with LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. All approved corporate accounts will be invoiced as payable upon receipt. Late fees will be assessed at a 1.5% finance charge against all accounts past due. You agree to pay all collection agency and attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed here under and not paid when due.
