Email Proofs give you the ability to view your artwork electronically before we start production of your promotional items. The electronic proof of your artwork can be either black and white or color depending on your artwork. When you receive the actual item it will have the color imprint you have selected. This is important as we want to make sure that you are satisfied. We do not start production until we have your approval. Fast responses insure your promotional product will be delivered on time.

We will make recommendation if necessary as to what will look best on your promotional item dependent on the imprint area available. We usually email proofs as Adobe PDF’s. You can print it out along with the approval or just reply that the Email Proof is Approved.

Please proof carefully for spelling errors, omissions, and layout accuracy. It is your responsibility to correct any errors. LYNMAR Enterprises, Inc. assumes no responsibility for errors after a proof has been authorized to print. Please note changes or revisions to your proof from your original instructions may cause revision in your ship date. Delays in paper proof approval also may require a change in your schedule ship dates. Occasionally, some fax machines may distort the image. Please pay close attention to numbers.
